Job description

Purpose Statement

The ACBS Systems Analyst will be responsible for delivering functional and technical support across the ACBS platform, with a specific focus on DLS standards and the configuration of complex product and facility structures. This role requires deep expertise in ACBS, including its integration with systems like Striata, Excon, and Finsurv, and a strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

ACBS Platform Support

  • Provide end-to-end support for ACBS, including troubleshooting batch/EOD processes, monitoring system health, and managing upgrades and releases

  • Execute and validate system changes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational continuity.

DLS Standard Implementation

  • Apply DLS standards in the setup and configuration of new products and facilities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks during product onboarding and lifecycle management.

Complex Product/Facility Setup

  • Lead the configuration and migration of syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios, including multi-currency and multi-entity structures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document facility structures, rate setups, and client communication templates.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with business owners, developers, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Conduct training sessions for business units on ACBS usage and related tools like Confluence and Jira

Project Delivery

  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.

  • Maintain project documentation, update project management tools, and manage knowledge repositories.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate and Investment Banking.

  • Proven hands-on experience with ACBS as both a user and administrator.

  • Strong understanding of DLS standards and their application in loan systems.

  • Experience in system integration, data migration, and regulatory reporting (e.g., Excon, Finsurv).

  • Familiarity with SDLC, UAT, and post-implementation support.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

  • Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are advantageous.
