Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Feature Analyst to join our team for a 6 month hybrid engagement.

Scope of work

 Lead Feature Delivery

  • Derive functional requirements for the features committed to per Programme Increment

  • Define function test cases

  • Facilitate generation and maintenance of the solution design (inception deck

 Manage deployment life cycle

  • Facilitate definition of the deployment content with the Product Owner and other stakeholders

  • Ensure the change management process requirements are met

  • Ensure post implementation actions are performed

Manage response to incidents

  • Manage the team’s response to incidents through its life cycle 

  • Ensure the incident management process requirements are met 

  • Ensure that post implementation actions are performed 

  • Ensure any subsequent remedial implementation requirements are raised in the backlog 

Deliverables

  • Defined workflow and data requirements from business representatives involving other team roles as appropriate

  • Test cases and associated test data approved by Business

  • Deployment scope is defined

  • The change management process and required governance are delivered to

  • Close the Change Request upon post implementation confirmation of a successful deployment (Remedy Change Request)

  • Support the Product Owner (Super Users) responding to user queries and issues

  • The incident management process and required governance are delivered to

  • Close the Incident upon post implementation confirmation of a successful deployment (Remedy incident)

  • Root Cause Analysis are performed as needed and tickets defined for the required action

Job requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum experience of 5-7 years in similar position

  • Senior Business Analysis experience in complex financial services environments.

  • Must have Capital Markets Experience

  • Ability to work independently, facilitate decisions, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
