Job description

Khonology is a digital services company focused on software development, Application Support, data analytics and engineering.

Will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define, analyse, and document features that deliver measurable business value.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit requirements and ensure alignment.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure features are implemented as intended.

  • Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

  • Ensure traceability of requirements from conception through delivery.

  • Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements and reviewing test cases.

  • Monitor feature performance and gather feedback for future iterations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Experience in digital banking or enterprise software environments.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Agilist).
