Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team on a 12 month hybrid engagement.

The Senior Product Owner will help shape and scale the platform from MVP into a robust, market-ready platform. As a founding team member, this role is responsible for translating client, stakeholder and regulatory needs into a clear product roadmap; driving delivery across design, architecture and engineering teams; and balancing user value, technical feasibility and commercial priorities. The role will work closely with a product designer to shape user experience and product discovery, and with a business analyst to flesh out business requirements into detailed product artefacts for delivery. It requires strong product judgement, hands-on execution and the ability to work across business, sustainability and technology stakeholders to support user adoption, platform scalability and long-term venture success.

Key Accountabilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise user value, venture success and long-term platform scalability.

• Work with the business analyst to translate client, stakeholder and business requirements into clear epics, user stories and sprint priorities for the product development team.

• Together with the product designer, lead product discovery by engaging with users and stakeholders to validate needs, test assumptions and inform roadmap decisions.

• Drive delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business, the product designer, the business analyst, engineering and sustainability stakeholders.

• Balance user needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities to deliver a product that is intuitive, scalable and fit for purpose.

• Define and track product success measures, using feedback and data to continuously improve adoption, usability and roadmap focus.

• Support the evolution of the platform from MVP to a scalable, enterprise-ready platform, prioritising features that improve resilience, usability and operational readiness.

• Translate complex sustainability, compliance and reporting requirements into practical product functionality with support from subject matter experts.

• Provide clear delivery timelines, rollout plans and regular progress updates to business stakeholders, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues

Sustainability & ESG Enablement

• Work with the Sustainable finance teams to develop your working knowledge of ESG frameworks, climate data and sustainability standards

• Under guidance from the Sustainability experts, translate technical sustainability concepts into product functionality on the digital platform

Platform Growth & Scaling

• Contribute to product development by feeding client and stakeholder insights into the build roadmap

• Support go‑to‑market activities as Endura expands beyond initial banking clients

• Assist in positioning Endura for adoption by other banks, corporates, institutions and private companies

Candidate Profile
